Each class is run like a coterie, ranging from four to seven students per class.
2. Can I book private lessons?
Yes.
3. What is the language medium for instruction?
English.
4. Do you offer make-up lessons for classes cancelled due to typhoons and rainstorms?
Yes. When the Typhoon Signal 8, Red Rainstorm Warning, or Black Rainstorm Warning is in force, we, according to the guidelines issued by Hong Kong Weather Observatory, will cancel and reschedule the lessons, which will be rescheduled in the nearest holidays (such as Christmas, Chinese New Year, and Easter).
5. Do students need to go to classes on statutory holidays?
Students need to go to classes on statutory holidays, except Christmas Day, New Year’s Day, and the first three days of Chinese New Year.
6. What is the medium of correspondence?
Our medium of correspondence is e-mail for prospects, students, and parents, and the response time ranges from one to five business days, depending on the complexity of the contents.
7. What is the language of correspondence?
English.
8. When do I remit the fee?
The total for each month is due on the last lesson of each month.
9. Can students submit handwritten essays?
Students must submit their writing assignments via e-mail for detailed commentary.
10. Do you offer trial lessons?
No, we do not offer trial lessons. We charge by the month only, and the minimum is a one-month fee, for both group and private lessons.
